Travelodge Wellington with their recently refurbished functions centre catering from 5 to 150 delegates.  All 5 of the conference rooms have solid walls and are well insulated to provide quiet, contemporary, and private meeting spaces.  All of our conference rooms have several hot points as well as wireless internet access, providing excellent versatility in each space.  The restaurant can be used exclusively by conference attendees during the lunch time period.  We are proud to offer a conference venue that can offer a ‘one stop shop’ to its clients whilst still ensuring flexibility in all our services to make your meetings a success.

The Willeston Conference Centre located in the heart of Wellington CBD, has four rooms with great views over Wellington harbours, and is the perfect venue for any business meeting, training seminar, interviews or events.  Featuring pillar free rooms with natural light.  You can view our rooms on www.willeston.co.nz. We offer an on-site conference coordinator and secretarial services, we cater for special dietary needs and accommodate individual requirements.

With ample free parking and the best backyard in Wellington, ZEALANDIA is perfect for your function, event or conference. Only 10 minutes from town there are six different spaces available for hire, ranging from the beautifully landscaped Heritage Lawn ideal for weddings and parties to the terraced Rata café which is perfectly positioned for evening sun, overlooking our beautiful forest-fringed lake. The ground-floor function area is perfect for cocktail functions and theatre-style presentations. Enjoy a private viewing of the ZEALANDIA exhibition or take a guided tour of the sanctuary valley.

NORTH CITY SHOPPING CENTRE

Located on Level 4 of North City Shopping Centre the Kiwi Room conference facility is easy to find, with on-site parking available. Central to Porirua, with easy travel from the Kapiti Coast and just 15 minutes drive from Wellington. With a seating capacity of up to 35 people, the Kiwi Room offers an ideal space for smaller conferences, workshops and presentations. You can choose from one of five all purpose licensed and BYO venues, your own custom menu, as well as AV, lighting and layout options to suit every need.  Table dressing, themed fitouts and flowers; we can handle the lot!

The boardroom at Perretts Corner is situated in Perretts Corner Cafe on the corner of Manners & Willis Streets in Wellington. You are more than welcome to come in and view the conference facilities. Have a coffee and discuss your requirements.

MUSEUM BUILDING TOKOMARU

The Museum Building is home to two impressive venues.

The Great Hall, formerly known as the Maori Hall, is one of the largest rooms in New Zealand. A vast and dramatic space, the Great Hall is an ideal venue for larger events, including balls, dinners, displays, exhibitions and weddings.

The Tea Gardens is situated on the upper floor of the Museum building. During the 1940s and long before Wellington's now bustling café society existed, this was a popular meeting place. With beautiful polished floor boards, classic Royal Doulton wall tiles and large south facing windows this is an enchanting space for your events.
